Big Drama nears top of sire list

Big Drama, who got his 15th winner of 2016 on May 19, now ranks second by winners and third by progeny earnings on the Florida Second Crop Sire list. The former Champion Sprinter is standing this year at Bridlewood Farm for $15,000 live foal.

The stallion's latest winner is Lake City, who took a Northlands Park maiden contest by three-quarters of a length in geared down fashion as the 9-5 favorite.

The winner was bred in Florida by Hidden Point Farm and is out of the stakes-placed mare Regal Snicker, the dam of a pair of stakes-placed winners.
