Dangerous Bend scores in Gulfstream MdSpWt

Big Drama, one of Florida's leading Second-Crop sires of 2016, racked up his fourth maiden winner this week on Saturday when Dangerous Bend scored by nearly two lengths in a Gulfstream Park maiden special weight affair.

The 3-year-old colt made the winning move at the top of the stretch, going form fourth to second, then wearing down Game Lad in mid-stretch before pulling away late, covering 6 1/2-furlongs in 1:18.68 on a fast track.

Dangerous Bend is owned by Harold Queen and bred by Francis and Barbara Vanlangedonck. The Florida-bred is out of the stakes winner Kickapoo Princess.
