Knight of Drama best in Santa Anita maiden

Big Drama, Florida's leading Second-Crop Sire of winners, got number 27 on Friday when Knight of Drama came home a 1 1/2-length winner in a 5 1/2-furlong maiden race at Santa Anita Park.

Trained by Scott Rollins for C T R Stables LLC, Knight of Drama placed in the $100,000 Barretts Juvenile S. last autumn at Los Alamitos Race Course as a 2-year-old.

The winner was bred in Florida by Valerie Ammirato and Jessica Lafferty from the stakes-winning mare Technical Key.
