Yesbyjimminy colt hammers for $160K at OBS

Yesbyjimminy's lone offering at the Ocala Breeders' Sales Co. selected sale of 2-year-olds in training March 11 attracted a winning bid of $160,000 after a heated battle for the bay juvenile.

Lynn Whiting, Agent for Charlie Cella, was the high bidder for hip No. 233, consigned by Sequel Halcyon Hammock Farm, Agent. The colt, who breezed an eighth in :10 1/5 on Saturday at the under tack show, is out of the unraced Unbridled mare Lerma, the dam of two-time stakes winner La Chica Sensual.

Yesbyjimminy, a stakes winner at two, three and four, stands this year at Bridlewood for a fee of $2,500 LFS&N. His first foals are 3-year-olds of 2014.
