Continuing their quest to find the best racing stock, Bridlewood farm purchased a beautifully bred daughter of champion sire Tiznow at the Aug. 4-5 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Select Yearlings sale.
George Isaacs, on behalf of Bridlewood Farm, went to $300,000 for hip No. 48, a filly out of the stakes winner Mimi’s Bling, who also has a 2-year-old that has not started.
“She is one of the best Tiznows I’ve ever seen,” remarked Isaacs shortly after the purchase.
Mimi’s Bling is a half-sister to Custom for Carlos, a three-time Grade 3 winner of $483,865. The family also sports the likes of track record-setter Sgt. Bert and the incomparable race mare Megahertz.
