Bridlewood sets 2016 stud fees

John & Leslie Malone’s Bridlewood Farm has set fees for its 2016 stallion roster, which is led by leading freshman sire Big Drama who will stand for $15,000 S&N.

Big Drama, a Top 8 first-crop sire nationally, is already the sire of five stakes horses among his first dozen 2-year-old winners in 2015. He is Florida’s leading freshman sire by stakes horses and stakes winners, and the former champion sprinter has progeny earnings of $761,670 to date.

New to Bridlewood for 2016 is Grade 3 winner and Grade 1 placed Chitu, who will stand for $3,000 S&N. Chitu is being offered on a limited basis on the “Share The Upside” program, making him the first stallion in Florida ever to be offered on the popular program. Chitu is also being offered through pay-out-of-sale-proceeds contracts.
