After 19 years, Stormy Atlantic (Storm Cat – Hail Atlantis by Seattle Slew) returns home to Bridlewood Farm this time as a retiree. Bred and owned by the late Arthur Appleton in 1994, he has been standing stud at Hill ‘n’ Dale Farm since 2003. He entered stud in 1999 at Bridlewood and since then has sired 112 stakes winners such as Eclipse Champion and 2x Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup winner Stormy Liberal. Stormy Atlantic has had more than $97,000,000 in Progeny Earnings.
